That’s why Buneen Group brings together three First Peoples-led businesses that each address a different part of the system — working independently but always connected by a shared purpose.

We change the employment system by walking with both jobseekers and employers — building long-term, culturally safe careers for First Peoples. We offer life skills, mentoring, 12-month support, manager training, and workplace reform.

Because healing systems starts with healing the child

We work with Aboriginal children in out-of-home care to restore cultural identity, belonging, and hope. Through on-Country programs, mentoring, and youth leadership, we help them reconnect with what colonisation tried to break.
