Buneen Group owns, governs and grows First Nations-led businesses, brings First Nations people in as owners, and invests in what comes next. The businesses deliver the work. The Group holds them together, with a seven-generation view and as much of the work as possible done in this generation.

Buneen means echidna in the Yugambeh language: resilient, grounded, protective. The echidna mark is shared across every entity.

The employment system still is not working for First Nations people.
