Buneen Group is the idea and the home behind three organisations. It does not sell anything itself. It keeps everything pointed the same way.
What it is
A First Nations-led group
Buneen Group brings together two businesses and a charity under one method and one purpose. The businesses are profit-for-purpose. The charity is registered. Together they take on Indigenous disadvantage at the scale it actually lives: organisations, workplaces, and the next generation.
The Group is the part that holds the logic together. It carries the shared purpose, looks after governance and direction, manages the finances and brand the organisations have in common, and protects the method that runs through all of them.
Why it is built this way
Nothing wasted
The problem does not live in one place, so neither does the answer. Each organisation grew out of real work over many years. Bringing them under one group means what one builds, the others carry forward.
Buneen means echidna in the Yugambeh language: resilient, grounded, protective. The same echidna mark is shared across every organisation, because they are one family doing one piece of work.
What it comes down to
Underneath the brands and the businesses, it is simple. One purpose: ending Indigenous disadvantage within a generation. One method: Be BRAVE Feel SAFE. And a promise that the Group will always point you to the organisation that can actually help, rather than trying to be all of them at once.
