Buneen Group holds it all together. Three organisations do the work on the ground. Here is what each one does, and where to go for it.
The Group itself does not take clients. It is the shared home: the purpose, the method, the governance. The work you can actually come to happens in the three organisations below. Each is its own thing, with its own site and its own front door.

Dreaming Futures
A registered charity for young people. It walks alongside them as they grow up, building cultural identity, confidence and the everyday skills that open doors. It is the front of the loop: strong young people, ready for the workplaces the rest of the Group is making ready for them.

Buneen Employment
It connects First Nations people with employers, then stays with both sides. It gets a workplace ready before anyone starts, and supports the manager and the new employee once they do. The aim is not a placement. It is a job that lasts, in a place set up to keep good people.

It works with organisations to make them genuinely safe places to be, culturally and psychologically. It uses the Be BRAVE Feel SAFE method to change how a workplace actually runs, not just what its policies say.
