Shawn Andrews is the founder of Buneen Group and the creator of the SAFE Method — a culturally grounded framework that is changing how Australia approaches Indigenous disadvantage.
A proud Mununjali/Migunberri man, Shawn has spent decades working across government, education, business, and community to transform the systems that impact First Peoples. His work blends cultural knowledge with executive leadership, creating bold, measurable change where it's needed most.
Through Buneen Group, Shawn has brought together three powerful initiatives — Buneen, Buneen Employment, and Dreaming Futures — each targeting a critical part of the system: organisational reform, job pathways, and care.
He believes in one clear principle:
