Who we are

Buneen Group is a First Nations–owned organisation founded by Shawn Andrews (Mununjali/Migunberri)

We create culturally strong systems, safe environments, and long-term opportunities for First Peoples through three interlinked entities:

  • Buneen Consulting – systems reform and governance.

  • Buneen Employment – workplace transformation and retention.

  • Dreaming Futures – cultural healing and pathways for young people in care.

Together, they form one pathway: SAFE foundations, BRAVE futures.

What we are here to change

We build strong organisations, create long-term jobs, and end the cycle of children in care. By linking these moving parts together — governance, employment, and healing — we strengthen the lives of our most vulnerable First Peoples.

Strong Organisations
Working alongside leaders to embed systems that are culturally strong and future-focused.

Employment Pathways
